Spinning Babies® Workshop Equity Seat Request

Dear Birth Professional.

Thank you for requesting an Equity Seat for one of my Spinning Babies workshops. These Equity Seats are part of the Spinning Babies Anti-Racism actions. The link below explains more.

Before submitting your request, please review the list of workshops that are currently no longer taking Equity Seat Requests:

Equity Seats are specifically for Black, Indigenous, or other people of the global majority of Birth Professionals. I make two full Equity Seats available and some partial pay Equity Seats available for every single one of my workshops. Seats are first come, first serve.

Equity seats are for BIPOC birth professionals who have never taken a Spinning Babies workshop before. Priority will be given to applicants who are local to the workshop locations.

Equity seat tickets are not transferable to other workshop dates. You must resubmit a new request if you cannot attend for any reason.

Terms & Conditions
Equity Seats and Partial Pay are granted first come first serve in order of received requests. By submitting this request you are acknowledging the following:

I you received an Equity Seat or Partial Pay Ticket you acknowledge :

1) Be certain that you can attend (for Equity Seats)

2) If you can no longer attend , please respond and let me know so I may pass the seat to someone on the waitlist

3) Register within 7 days, after 7 days I will release your seat to the next person on the waitlist and your Equity Seat will be voided.

By accepting this Equity Seat you acknowledge and agree to the following :

1) You can only claim one Equity seat with Spinning Babies® trainer Tema Mercado

2) This Equity Seat is only for the date you indicated in your application.

3) If you accept this Equity Seat and do not attend the workshop (regardless of being called out to a birth) , you will not be able to transfer your Equity Seat to another workshop.

4) You may not sell or transfer this Equity Seat , this seat is not transferable.
