What Is Pre- and Perinatal Trauma Resolution Somatic Therapy?

PRE- AND PERINATAL TRAUMA RESOLUTION SOMATIC THERAPY IS A GENTLE, BODY-CENTERED APPROACH TO HEALING THE IMPRINTS LEFT BY OUR EARLIEST EXPERIENCES, FROM CONCEPTION, TIME IN THE WOMB, BIRTH, AND THE FIRST MONTHS OF LIFE.

Even when we can’t consciously remember those moments, our nervous systems do. These early experiences shape how we respond to stress, form relationships, and feel safe in our bodies. If there were moments of overwhelm, like a difficult birth, early separation, medical interventions, or emotional disconnection, our bodies may still be holding those patterns.

How to Get Started

STEP 1: Book your session.

STEP 2: Complete a short intake form to share your focus, needs, or intentions.

STEP 3: During your session, we’ll move gently and at your pace, guided by safety, presence, and deep listening.

STEP 4: You’re welcome to schedule additional sessions whenever you feel called to continue.

That’s why we offer a space where you are always in control, your body leads, and your story is held with reverence.

  • If you complete your first session and feel it wasn’t the right fit you won’t be charged.

  • If something unexpected comes up after scheduling, we can reschedule at no cost with 48 hours’ notice.

This isn’t therapy that pushes, pries, or reopens old wounds; it’s a gentle, body-led invitation to return to your inner knowing, wholeness, and original sense of safety.
