Unveiling the Journey Mentorship Program
Unveiling the Journey is a 13-week mentorship for BIPOC aspiring birthworkers and parteras who are ready to deepen their connection to birthwork through culturally rooted, heart-centered guidance.
This program offers weekly live sessions, personalized mentorship, and community learning shaped by the voices and needs of the cohort.
You'll hear from guest parteras and elders, engage in meaningful dialogue, and explore your path with support. There’s no rigid curriculum—just space to grow, ask questions, and be witnessed.

Spinning Babies®
Spinning Babies® is a physiological approach to preparing for and caring for birth.
During birth, babies descend through the pelvis by turning to fit each curve in the passage. Baby’s turns are “fetal rotation.” If fetal rotation can be made easier, birth is easier for everyone.
Spinning Babies® has become a paradigm or a new view on childbirth. By better understanding birth physiology, we can make birth easier. Spinning Babies® is how we’re changing birth on Earth.

Postpartum Belly Binding Workshop & Course
This workshop is for birth and bodyworkers seeking a more gentle and nourishing postpartum experience, both for themselves and the families they serve.
You’ll learn how to integrate these time-honored practices into your self-care and client support, ensuring they are used in a way that respects their origins.
Basic palpation skills are highly recommended. If you’re new to palpation, you’re still welcome—just be patient with yourself, as hands-on techniques take time to master.

Postpartum Sealing Retreat
This retreat is an invitation to learn the traditional art of cerradas—also known as postpartum sealing, mother roasting, or bone closing.
Rooted in ancestral wisdom and cultural reverence, this practice honors the deep transitions of birth, loss, and healing. Guided by oral traditions, elders' teachings, and midwifery insights, this experience blends ancient ritual with modern understanding.
Cerradas are powerful tools for closing cycles and marking new beginnings, offering deep nourishment for the body, mind, and spirit.
